Smartyn was born from a problem we lived.

Joseph Wilson spent years in B2B sales leadership, building revenue engines and managing high-performing teams. Throughout that experience, he watched the same failure repeat itself, again and again: sales reps who knew their product, worked their playbook, and still walked out of calls having left value on the table.

Not because they were bad at their jobs. Because they were alone on the call, with no way to access what they needed at the moment they needed it.

The technology existed to analyse calls after the fact. To tell you what went wrong when the deal was already lost. But nothing existed to help in real-time, during the conversation that actually mattered.

In 2025, Joseph founded Smartyn to answer that question: what if every rep had expert backup on every call?
